Habitat manipulation & destructive search works

Ahead of site works, areas of vegetation where protected species are present need to be removed, this is usually conducted in two phases. The first phase being removal of vegetation by means of a two-stage cut (mechanised flailing/cutting), second phase works will then remove the undergrowth by performing a topsoil scrape. Following the above process means the site is then cleared of all constraints allowing future works to proceed. Habitat manipulation works are also usually required ahead of site investigation works, we can two stage cut pathways and working areas for contractors and machinery when required.
